Aaron with Ventura County Senior Transitions is happy to assist seniors and their families in finding the right board and care homes or senior living communities to fit their needs
What products or services do you provide?
We help seniors find the right senior community for their needs. Then we help them downsize and physically help them move their belongings and set them up in their new home. Lastly, if they have a property to sell or rent we can help with the sale or property manage their home.

May 2025 - but each individually in this area of work for years
