Club Host Sign Ups
Each month, a club has the opportunity to host a meeting and assist with setting up the event for that morning and also provide refreshments and snacks. We ask that each club sign up to host at least one meeting per year. Hosting is a fun way to showcase your club’s creativity and make the meeting extra special!
How Hosting Works:

Setup Time: Doors open at 8 a.m. for setup. We’ll provide tables, coffee, tea, coffee cups, sweeteners, and creamer.

Bring the Essentials: Hosting clubs supply tablecloths, napkins, plates, and any utensils needed.

Decorate with Style: Match your table decorations to the monthly theme—have fun and get creative!

Plan for the Crowd: On average, about 50 members attend, so plan your refreshments accordingly.

Golf Cart: Unload your car at the front of the building and if you are unable to bring your items up the stairs, River Ridge will provide a golf cart to drive you to the back where it is flat.

Sign Ups
Click the button "Sign Up" on the month your club would like to host. Once you sign up, no other club will be able to sign up for that month and the button will say "Closed" showing that month has been taken.
