Hosting a Meeting:

Each month, a club has the opportunity to host a meeting and assist with setting up the event for that morning and also provide refreshments and snacks. We ask that each club sign up to host at least one meeting per year. Hosting is a fun way to showcase your club’s creativity and make the meeting extra special!

How Hosting Works:

• Setup Time: Doors open at 8 a.m. for setup. We’ll provide tables, coffee, tea, coffee cups, sweeteners, and creamer.

• Bring the Essentials: Hosting clubs supply tablecloths, napkins, plates, and any utensils needed.
